INDUSKIN coated
The INDUSKIN coating processes give INDUCON foams new surface properties with regard to appearance, haptics, acoustics and other properties such as anti-slip or sliding surfaces.
Extensive acrylate or polyurethane coatings protect the foam against yellowing and other environmental influences, improve acoustic properties or create an ergonomic surface.
Partial acrylate or polyurethane coatings are applied with rotary printing. The design and order quantity can be individually selected by selecting the printing template. Point coatings give foamed materials an abrasion-resistant, anti-slip surface.
With the same process, surfaces can be printed with one colour to meet functional or design requirements (lines, chequered patterns, labelling / logos).
