Expansion of polyurethane coating foam systems
Mayser will concentrate on the development of a system of closed and mixed cell coating foams with new properties in future.

In addition to the extensive compressed PUR - foam assortment for seals, filters, liquid storages, self-adhesive tapes, anti slip coatings and other applications, Mayser will focus on the development of coating polyurethane foam in the future. This product development has already led to several innovations with very interesting properties.
Closed-cell coating polyurethane foams are suitable for applications in humid / wet environments and are characterized by high physical strength, excellent hydrolytic stability, controllable elasticity and outstanding processing properties. In addition, the material can be produced in a wide variety of surfaces from matt to super high-gloss
with low-friction or slip-resistant properties. The new classic among these foams is INDUCON HS 500 soft. This product is even available in a super soft and highly flexible design as INDUCON HS 500 supersoft for self-adhesive products in specialized environments, also in special colours.
MAYSER BLUEFOAM is a mixed-cell, innovative polyurethane foam with excellent properties. Due to its excellent light fastness (grade 7 in Xenon test) MAYSER BLUEFOAM is known as UV-yellowing-free polyurethane foam.
MAYSER BLUEFOAM is predestined for applications in the textile and clothing industry due to its microporous breathable cell structure, pleasant feel and washability. In addition, other product characteristics such as elasticity and hardness, colour and surface design are variable configurable. Active agents and additives, e.g. aromatic substances or charcoal can be integrated in MAYSER BLUEFOAM during foaming to absorb odours. MAYSER BLUEFOAM is an environmentally-friendly produced PUR foam.
